Assigning Files and Links to a Group

Overview

Groups in Reflective provide a convenient way to share resources and assignments with multiple members participating in group therapy or peer support. Adding files and links to a group profile works much like adding them directly to an individual patient’s workbook. This streamlined approach ensures every group member has access to essential materials in their mobile apps.

Viewing Group Resources in the Mobile App

Every member of the group will be able to access the newly assigned files or links in the Resources section of their Reflective mobile app. This ensures all group participants have quick, collective access to the same materials.

Assigning files and links to a patient ensures they have quick access to the materials you consider most relevant for their treatment plan. You can manage these resources at any time from either the Resource Library or directly within the Patient Workbook.
