We’re excited to announce new features and improvements in Reflective that make it easier for you to manage, share, and default essential resources for both patients and groups. Therapists on the Reflective Practice plan also gain expanded team management capabilities to grow and organize their practice effectively.
1. Enhanced Resource Library
Link Collections
What’s new: You can now group multiple links into a single collection (e.g., CBT Basics or Somatic Exercises). Why it matters: Easily organize related resources under one topic, so they’re quick to assign and simple for your patients to find.What you can do:
- Create a new collection of links and name/describe it.
- Automatically assign an entire collection to new patients, so they see all the contained links instantly.

2. Default Resources for All New Patients
Assignments, Files, Links, and Collections
What’s new: Set any resource (assignments, worksheets, files, links, or link collections) to load automatically for every new patient.Why it matters: Save time by ensuring each new patient receives your essential onboarding materials without manual assignment.What you can do:
- For assignments: Toggle “Assign this for all new patients by default” in the assignment preview.
- For files and links: Edit the resource and enable “Assign this for all new patients by default.”
- For collections: Check “Load this collection for all new patients by default” when editing a link collection.

3. Team Management for Reflective Practice Subscribers
Inviting and Managing Therapists
What’s new: Subscribers on the Reflective Practice plan can invite additional therapists to their team, assign roles, and manage permissions.Why it matters: Scale your practice efficiently by delegating tasks, sharing resources across a larger team, and streamlining patient intake.What you can do:
- Go to My Practice → My Team and click Add Member to send email invitations.
- Resend or remove invitations as needed.
- Assign Admin or Therapist roles to control access levels.
