1. Group Management Enhancements
- Creating and Managing Groups
- Therapists and co-facilitators can create groups, invite members, assign workbook tasks, and share resources in a streamlined manner.
- Patients see group assignments labeled clearly within their personal assignments, allowing easy differentiation between individual and group tasks.
- Archiving and Restoring Groups
- Groups can be archived to reduce clutter and later restored to active status, ensuring that important content is never lost.
- Group Participation for Patients
- Patients can submit assignments privately or share them with the entire group, maintaining control over their privacy preferences.
- A dedicated submissions area helps group members engage with shared assignments while respecting confidentiality.
2. Dedicated Practice Information Section
- Practice information has been moved to its own section in the main navigation.
- This serves as a foundation for upcoming features, such as practice-level membership management, and streamlines how you handle administrative details.
3. Expanded Assignment Library
- The Reflective library now offers nearly 100 assignments, including worksheets, infosheets, and guided meditations.
- New content focuses on a range of mental health needs, including trauma, addiction, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
- Therapists can easily search, preview, and assign content to individuals or entire groups.
